Product overview

One app for the guest, the kitchen and the floor.

Guests browse the menu with photos, allergens and nutrition values, then either order takeaway for a pickup slot that the kitchen can actually meet, or book a table by picking it on the floor plan. Signing in takes only a phone number, and every order and reservation can be followed live.

The restaurant gets a live order board, a reservations view of the whole dining room at any hour, a visual floor plan editor and full control over the menu, the daily menu, opening hours and booking rules. Every new order and reservation arrives by email and as a push notification on the team's phones.

The restaurant app on a phone: home, menu and table selection on the floor plan — **An app on the phone, without an app store** Guests install it from the website with one tap: an icon on the home screen, full screen and automatic updates. Menu with photos, portions and prices, and the table picked directly on the floor plan.

Table reservation: party size, day, available times and table on the floor plan — **Only the times when a table is really free** Party size, day, then only the hours with a suitable free table, then the table itself. The best fit is recommended automatically, and larger groups get neighbouring tables joined together.

03 How it works for guests

Every dish has its own preparation time, so the app only offers pickup and arrival times the kitchen can actually meet.

Pick a time

The pickup day and time, or a table on the floor plan. Slots follow opening hours, breaks, holidays and preparation times.

Sign in with a phone number

No password and no SMS code. The first time, the guest only adds a name; the choice stays saved.

Follow it live

Sent, confirmed, being prepared, ready. Reservations show confirmed and seated, with cancellation from the app.

Pay at the restaurant

Cash or card on pickup or at the table. Dishes ordered ahead for a reservation are ready when the guests arrive.

Under the hood

Rules you can trust at a busy service.

The earliest pickup time is calculated from the longest preparation time in the cart, rounded to the slot grid and checked against opening hours, special days and the capacity per slot. A table stays taken for the length of the booking plus the time needed to reset it.

Table allocation picks the table with the fewest empty seats and, for larger groups, two or three neighbouring tables that can be joined. The scheduling and allocation logic is covered by automated tests, and the native Android and iOS projects are ready for the stores if the restaurant ever wants them.
